An undertaker was looking for a quality Australian urn in which a hurting family could retain a representative portion of the cremated remains. We created this elegant hand-turned, hand-carved solution with looks and feel equal to the most tender situation. The beautiful old river gum takes a soft glow under our oil/wax finish. In this case, a simple gum leaf motif as a contrasting carved cameo completes the timeless design. The urn is filled through a port in the base which is then secured by two brass screws.
